Something about Peggy Bundy by Nicki Minaj
and Miley Cyrus, of course.

Is anybody remember an American sitcom of 90's? Nicky did! Married... with Children featured a dysfunctional family living in a fictional Chicago suburb. The show, notable for being the first prime-time television series to air on Fox, ran from April 5, 1987, to June 9, 1997. Peggy Bundy by Katey Sagal is a lazyness housewife ever. Big-haired redhead who spends most of her time parked in front of the TV watching talk shows such as Oprah. A famously inattentive mother and nagging wife who uses every opportunity to humiliate her husband about his job, his meager earnings, and even sexual abilities.
Mostly rapping about meeting/denying fellas in the Yo Gott's remix of "Down in the DM", Nicky also takes a minute to have a quick dig at Peggy:
"I’m just lookin’ for a dude that could eat the twat. Do he make more dough than the pizza shop?Do he dress every day like it’s Easter Sunday? Can he give me more head than Peggy Bundy?"
Also there are many other charachters mentioned in the song.
"I said, 'Miley, what's good? / I said, 'Could you pay my bills like O'Reilly? What's good?' / I just sit back and observe / All these niggas that I done curved / If it goes down in your DM then baby boy you lucky / Cause 99.9 percent of these fuck boys can't fuck me."
It may reference to the most memorable wtf moment when Nicky Minaj graced the stage to accept her award at recent MTV VMA's, with Miley Cyrus hosting the annual event, Nicki grabbed the mic, and then said three unforgettable words: "Miley, what's good?".
and "Queen Bey had to tell 'em I'm the queen." Nice track. You can listen to it below
